BROCHURE PRINTING
Plan on supplying 1,500-3,000 brochures per month per schedule. Ensure you print ample supplies, as there are cost-saving benefits to larger print quantities. It's wise to overestimate your needs. Because shorter print runs are more expensive per brochure, the main reason to consider opting for smaller print quantities is if you intend to change your message from time to time, perhaps on a seasonal basis.

BROCHURE DESIGN
Use the Correct Size Template: brochures and rack cards should be at a finished size of 4" x 9" while magazines should be a maximum size of 8.5" x 11"
Identify Your Audience: tailor content and design to match your audience’s interests, including a compelling call to action that guides readers on the next steps
Create an Engaging Cover: highlight what’s unique about your destination or event, use colors that contrast well, and check that your message is legible
Be Visible: maximize impact by concentrating on the top three inches to emphasize your sales message and logo on both sides - this area is the first element visitors notice when your materials are showcased in TDS display racks
Keep it Simple: craft short paragraphs with headings to capture the reader’s attention, and opt for bullet points over extensive text
Use High-Quality Images: incorporate clear, high-resolution images and graphics that relate to your content
Consider the Paper: we recommend 10 pt. cover stock for rack cards & 100 lb. text stock for brochures - specify vertical grain so materials stay upright without folding over in display racks
Direct Your Audience: guide visitors to your location with your address and a straightforward route, remember to add contact details, and consider adding a map
Maintain Consistent Branding: ensure a unified color scheme, fonts, and branding elements to reinforce your identity
